HIPAA, which stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act 1996, was formulated to implement uniform safety methods that would enable safety and security of classified patient records against unlawful revelations during electronic exchange of data through internet

All the services rendered by Transbizz to its clients are carried out in true allegiance with the established HIPAA guidelines, and are handled with utmost care at every step of the involved processes to insure that all the security and compliance guidelines are met in totality all the time.

Ya another b***ard got away with it. At the age of 13 my little girl who had never even kissed a boy, was raped by friggin hockey players. A technicality got those creeps off. It certainly is part of the Hockey culture. Get your sons playing soccer. To my knowledge, and let me tell you I pay attention, the majority of Junior League players have little regard for women. Damn them all.

One thing that I always find funny... it's really so easy to figure out who the unnamed players are from the details given. I mean, their identities aren't protected, but the writer is. And note that I say I find it funny and not that I'm outraged or anything...

I have two sons who played high level hockey. One in the OHL and one NCAA. The hockey "sex culture" is as prevelant as it is in medical school, or law school or college or university or any type of edification where young people are under pressure to preform at high levels and achieve top billing. Frost will walk away unscathed and no doubt his name will appear again in another situation with other children. I'm perplexed at the notion that he has people like Bob Goodenow under his control? What might they have to hide from? Maybe he and Graham James can share a flat together in Europe.

I really can't imagine 2 grown women putting themselves through that kind of grueling testimony and having the whole country hearing it. I'm hoping the judge will see that also. As far as the victims - in my opinion they would do anything to protect their "boss man". I believe there is still far more to the twisted "cult" than we all know. Too bad Mike Danton wouldn't speak up as I understand one of the victims named him as a player in one of the sex acts... Does he get to say anything or just keep his mouth shut as he finishes up his 7 year prison term for trying to have Dave Frost killed????
