Young talented, good looking couple, (Is J hitting B?) but all that is shattered in an instant. Given Chris's admitted past - if the allegations are true, it shows that none of us can escape our upbringing and these issues need to be addressed. Fortune and fame aren't necessarily remedies for everything. That's not an excuse, more of a warning to be aware of the patterns and conscience of one's role in breaking them. As a man (Black man especially): Never ever, ever, ever hit a female. Never let a women press your buttons to the point you would put everything you work so hard for, your reputation and your liberty in jeopardy. If you really want to hurt a woman, walk away. As a lawyer: Nothing has been proved, and the details of the situation have to be known before any sort of judgment (legal or moral) can be made. As a fan of both: I hope they have the opportunity to reflect on the situation in the months and years ahead - learn and perhaps through their music shed some light on the subject matter and educate. Make something good out a terrible situation by helping save another couple this brand of heartache and headache. Best wishes to both these young people. You live you learn.
