    Looks like an amazing home. For 5,000 sq ft works out to $98 a foot at the full $489K list price.

    I read an article that shows they have some health problems due to dangerous airborne herbicides in addition to problem drinking water due to the farming.

    Does anyone know if that would be the case in Charlottetown?

    Wow!!… A house like this in metro vancouver would cost well over a 2 million!!! What a deal… I have seen a similar house for sale in Richmond (about half hour from the city) on a 12, 000 sq foot lot for nearly 5 million!

    Now tell me… what exactly is wrong with the east coast??? Why is it so cheap??? IS the west coast really that great ….that we have to charge over a million for a small single detached house??
