      I used to live across the road from this Winnipeg house on Deer Run Drive, I know that the value is wrong, and possible the sq feet as well, and it does NOT have a lake view either…people should research the property before they publish

        I thought that place looked familiar, I don’t live too far away. You’re right, there’s no lake view, but there was an infill house on McLean a couple of years ago and that ugly little piece of work went for around $350k, so this price here doesn’t surprise me. It also won’t come as a surprise when my property taxes double in 2010. Most of the houses sold in Charleswood went for top dollar the last few years.

        Hey, why not try it before you slam it. Winnipeg is a great city! And the weather is not always snow. It’s hard to have snow when it’s 20+ above, 360 days of snow, *rolling my eyes* .

          34 years there… i know the ruts in the streets, the calls to CAA, the frozen doors, the snow on May long weekend, the snow on Halloween.
