		<description>The problem in Africa is high taxes. Africans are taxed on everything by their corrupt governments and this attitude rolls down to all levels of govenrment so that even the local politicians (cops, custom agents, inspectors, etc…) expect to take a bribe (tax) on every interaction with every citizen. Bono collecting money for African debt relief is really just collecting another tax that goes to the political class and does not advance society in the country intended at all. The reason there is so much regulation to oen a business is so that there becomes a reason to collect another tax. It is coming to us all soon.
