I agree, i love Adam for his gifted talent. I don't agree with his lifestyle, and I will not judge him for it, but the word of God will. God is the one who will judge us in the end on what we did on this earth. I will continue to support Adam for his unique talent and wish him long term success.

American Idol is a singing contest, not a gay or straight guessing contest. If it turns out that Adam id gay, so what? God made Adam too! And what a talented young man the Lord DID create indeed. He gave us back, “a little Elvis, a little Steven Tyler, a little Bowie and the rest is a little Adam, a talented sole that surpasses all the rest. Adam is a blessing to American Idol. It doesn’t get any better than this!

I think Adam is the best and most talented Idol Contestant ever and should win
I don’t understand people who are against him because he might be gay. Who cares? My god he isn’t the first person in the Entertainment Industry who is gay.
I am 72 years old and every week I wonder what this boy sings. He is a great Entertainer and reminds me a lot of Elvis. Regardless if he wins or not, the world will hear the name Adam Lambert.

I am forming a fan club : Canadian Conservatives for ADAM ! .. this guy is actually motivating me to vote (shhhhhh don’t tell anyone) – ever since his version of Ring of Fire made Johnny and June C sit up and applaud. I can’t wait to see what he does next also I wish they could do long versions as 3.576 minutes isn’t enough to soak up what this guy can do.

Is everyone forgetting that Clay Aiken is GAY? Granted, Clay didn’t win the contest – he came in second. But he certainly had a bigger career than Rubin Studdard.
I don’t think it will come down to whether or not the contestant is gay or straight, but more likely who appeals to the largest audience. The average Idol watcher, that middwestern mother of 3 who goes to church on Sundays, might not connect with Lambert although she might have connected with dorky Clay Aiken.

Adams version of Led Zep’s Whole Lotta Love was outstanding I would pay dollars to see this guy live no problem as his voice and control is superb simply superbulous. I mean Led Zep on American Idol – for that reason alone I give this guy major cudo’s … personlly I would love to see him do Creep by Radiohead as a final song just to shake america awake as I have a feeling he could deliver an outstanding version and really blow people away.

I live in New Zealand and see the show two weeks later than the US plus visit Australia a bit and they are one week behind. Take into account the different time zones around the world and I would say, yes it is basically Americans vote. I guess you could throw Canada, Mexico and some South America in the mix, hum, North America and South America, yep American Idol.

By the way, Adam is the most talented all around contestant AI has ever had!!

So who cares if he’s gay? I watch American Idol to hear them sing? I think it’s terrible that their personal life should be exposed. Adam is a great singer/performer and should win the contest on his singing ability.
I watch Adam perform and have said to my family…this kid is really good….so he has eyeliner on? So? Who cares? It has nothing to do with his vocals?
Look at Gene Simmons of Kiss–he wears makeup.And that was back in the 70’s.
Look at Alice Cooper? the name Alice for a guy? And look at his makeup? again back in the 70’s. This is 2009………

And as far as Bill O’Reilly is concerned. Usually I listen to his comments with respect. But this time he’s really trying to cause s..t.
