      Looks like Regent Park, or maybe a townhouse complex in the Albion/Finch area. You get what you pay for..

    This info is next to useless without an idea of location. It would have been nice to have a neighbourhood name or main intersection for context.

      So true. I’m looking at the picture of the Toronto lot, wondering if that’s Keele/Finch or Morningside or somewhere along Bathurst/St. Clair. In all cases this article could’ve just been based off of an appraisal without testing the true market force.

        Exactly. You’d be better off browsing http://www.mls.ca rather than this article. That ugly townhouse is probably in the suburbs. For the same amount you could get a nice condo in a central location.
