That’s how PJ O’Rourke described Obama’s governing style, today on Radio Q.  No podcast yet, but I hope they’ll have it up soon, because I missed the setup. Can anyone help me out?

Who cares what that tired old hack says? He stopped being funny about 17 years ago.

I love PJ. Parliament of Whores was a seminal book in how I view government.

I did not hear interview, tho I will be looking for podcast now, but my guess is O'Rourke was saying that Obama is an elegant/graceful communist so I assume Jian asked about the President's governing style. But I actually have no idea what I am talking about, just had to express my admiration for PJ.

He used to be a bit interesting waaaaay back when he was doing some stuff for Rolling Stone.

These days I think he's just auditioning to be Andy Rooney when he grows up.

    I heard the interview.
"Evil parallel universes". Basically his point was that Harvard law school is like the "hoity toity snooty form of Marxism–the Bolshoi Ballet", and the Chicago political machine is the "tanks roll into Prague side of Marxism", and you wind up with Obama who's idea of the political is Leonid Brezhnev in to shoes"
