Jason Kenney refutes reports that foreign embassies in Iran were taking in the wounded.

Update. Italy’s foreign minister has issued a statement that comes rather close to offering assistance. Austria seems willing, even if no one’s yet asked.

Something's better than nothing: the regular hospitals and clinics are closed.

I wouldnt't expect any of the embassies to "formally" be helping. I would in fact expect all embassies to formally declare nuetrality.

    Actions speak louder than words.

The main ones mentioned are the Brits, Australians and other euro's.

They definitely have medical staff. Taking someone in, cleaning them up and sending them out again so they dont look like they have been in a riot is a valuable function. But dont expect official confirmation.
