    It's kind of hard to believe, that even after a recession, $350,000 will buy you a peice of crap in most of the cities in the Southern Ontario region. Most homes for sale in the GTA will cost anywhere form 350K to 600K, and that does not include the up to100K in renos that are required. It is rediculous. Affordable housing it is not!
