They trick women into 'illegal' activities which could end in their death. In our culture, yeah men like out basketball player hero can brag about having sex with a 1,000 women, but women are are not stoned/punished later. In a culture where women can be stoned (in some cases, to death) for having sex with men other than their husbands or not being married, why would this kind of behaviour by men not be punished. They trick women into 'illegal' activities which could end in their death.
