Did you happen to notice that it is a mobile home, and in a mobile home park. That means you don't own the land, you lease it. And if the land owners ( in this case the land is on an Indian reserve ) choose to change the land use, you have to find somewhere else to put your home. By the way, you likely would have to get a chattel mortgage rather than a conventional mortgage, probably at a higher rate of interest than posted rates, simply because you only own the bricks and mortar, not the land. Makes you want to give the house in Saskatoon an second look.
