You are so right regarding Gilles Marini, he is definitely one of a kind. I to met him and fell under his spell, he is as charming as he is handsome and I'm also a senior citizen, but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate a pretty face and a great personality. Want to see more & more of him on screen.

I saw Gilles Marini while waiting in line at a Miami, Florida Walgreens Pharmacy last Friday. Having watched him on Dancing W/The Stars and also on Brothers & Sisters, I recognized him right away and asked him, "Are you the French actor?" He smiled and said yes. I told him I thought he should've won first place on Dancing. He mentioned that he was appearing on Nip Tuck. I'm a senior citizen old enough to be his grandmother and I cannot say enough good things about this handsome, charismatic, unpretentious, polite, kind young man. I have such respect for him and wish him, his wife, and children the very best. I predict he will be appearing in motion pictures soon.

p.s. I told him he was even more handsome in person than on the screen.

@Simone: That is the best ever summation of Gilles and why he's special. I can't add anything better but will simply say "ditto." A man who loves his ife and family is the very definition of sexy, and we all love that about him!

In Gilles Marini, we have a rare combination: an extremely attractive Frenchman whose not a philanderer. He is utterly and completely loyal to his wife of many years and to his two children. He is sincere and respects women. He is an Adonis but completely matter-of-fact about his looks.

If he were just another gorgeous specimen, strutting around and sleeping around, he wouldn't nearly be as attractive to most of his women fans.

They may fantasize about being the 'other woman' in Gilles' life but they love him all the more because they know the only woman for him is his wife, Carole.

Wonderful interview, so sincere, honest and humble. Gilles Marini is the real deal, he not only needs to become a regular cast member on B&S but needs to have his own show or star in a big movie. We definitely need his talent on the screen. Thanks again for a great interview.
