Kind of like 'road rage.' We continually hear stories about the horrible acts of the person 'afflicted' with road rage. What we never seems hear about are the rude and irresponsible actions of those who caused the road rage in the first place. It's time we fought back. She obviously understands that the only cure for boorishness is embarrassment and public humiliation. Publishing a book and a blog that actually personally identify rude idiots is a terrific way to fight back. The privacy monkeys will cry foul. But that's too bad.
