    Well, interesting to see that the lowest disposable income per capita, in a province with the highest taxes, is also the province with the highest median donation to charity.

    While the province with the highest income, highest disposable income per capita, and lowest tax rate.. isn't.

    Anybody want to make that argument for privately funded welfare again?
