Noomi Rapace, Dragon Girl

Noomi Rapace stars as Lisbeth Salander in the Swedish adaptations of Steig Larsson’s Millenium trilogy—including The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo (now out on DVD) and The Girl Who Played With Fire, which opens July 9. Last May I filmed her as she held court on a balcony in Cannes.

    Noomi is a good actress in Dragon Tattoo; but, she is much too old to play Lisbeth!

      That's ridiculous. She didn't look too old in the film. And I'm sure you agree.

    I have to agree with John.
    I read the first book last year, & the other this year, and she definately doesn't look much like the character in the book.
    Guess it's never a good idea to read the book before the movie.
