• All permanent associates get $200 to spend on wellness activities, or to cover healthy living and personal growth expenses
• Employees are given certificates of recognition and the chance to attend the company’s annual networking event when they complete post-secondary and certificate programs
• Community efforts, including the YES program, which awards a bursary for four years of university or a two-year diploma program to six students raised in foster care

    Top Employers is not employee driven!

    I wonder if Chubb will keep its place after all the laid offs that have happened in IT. A true shameful experience if you worked on that department.
