President Barack Obama has written a letter to the Prime Minister to thank Canadians for their efforts on 9/11.

Mr. Harper has declared September 11 to be a national day of service.

    Small gestures can go far and can mean so much when they come from people in leadership roles. 

    Leaders often forget that. Or, maybe they’re not true leaders to begin with?

    Once every few years Harper does something I look to which gives me a slight glimmer of understanding as to why people might consider voting for him. I don’t think I’ll ever understand the amount of crap they’re willing to overlook, but still.. this is one of those times.
